Companies that have the right to reserve employees from mobilisation will be checked in a new way

The Government has adopted a resolution amending the Criteria and Procedure for Determining Enterprises, Institutions and Organisations Critical to the Functioning of the Economy and the Life of the Population in a Special Period, as well as Critical to the Needs of the Armed Forces and Other Military Formations in a Special Period, Kommersant Ukrainian

What decisions can be made based on the audit results
Based on the results of the audit, one of the following decisions is made
– on the non-compliance of an enterprise, institution or organisation with certain criteria, as well as the cancellation of their status as critical for the functioning of the economy and ensuring the vital activity of the population during a special period;
– on the compliance of the enterprise, institution, organisation with the specified criteria and their determination as critical for the functioning of the economy and ensuring the vital activity of the population during the special period.
A copy of the decision made based on the results of the inspection shall be sent by the designated authority to the Ministry of Economy, the Ministry of Defence (the Security Service of Ukraine, the Foreign Intelligence Service, the intelligence agency of the Ministry of Defence) and the Ministry of Digital Transformation within one day from the date of its adoption.
As a reminder, the possibility of reserving employees liable for military service from mobilisation was suspended on the Diia website until 15 November. As reported on the Diia website, this service has been closed due to the audit of the persons liable for military service who have been booked until 15 November 2024.
