On the night of November 13, Russian occupation forces attacked critical infrastructure in the city of Artsyz, Odesa region, with attack drones. This was reported by the press service of the regional prosecutor’s office, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports
“The enemy continues to attack the critical infrastructure of Odesa region – an investigation has been launched,” the statement said
It is noted that at night, the Russian armed forces attacked Artsyz with attack drones. The shelling damaged a critical infrastructure facility, an administrative building and repair shops.
No one was injured in the attack.
Prosecutors and police are working at the scene.
Consequences of attacks on the energy sector
After the Russian shelling on November 10, power engineers recorded new damage to power facilities in several regions.
Emergency repairs are underway at substations and thermal power plants that were damaged in previous attacks.
According to Ukrenergo, the situation in the power system remains difficult after the attacks on Zmiivska TPP in Kharkiv region and Trypilska TPP in Kyiv region. The damaged facilities played a key role in connecting nuclear power plants to the grid, so blackouts will continue for a long time.
What is known about the schedules
From 00:00 to 23:59 on November 13, hourly outage schedules for household consumers will be in effect, ranging from two to four stages.
Also, power restrictions for industrial enterprises will continue throughout the day.
Ukrenergo clarifies that the scope of restrictions and the time of their application may vary throughout the day depending on the situation in the power system.
