In Kropyvnytskyi, a man shot at an employee of the Territorial Center for Recruitment and Social Support. He was detained and a pre-trial restraint has been chosen.
She emphasized that the suspect is a 19-year-old resident of Kropyvnytskyi.
This was reported by Suspilne, citing the words of Vitalina Bevzenko, a representative of the regional police, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports.
He was detained and a preventive measure in the form of detention was chosen. Criminal proceedings have been initiated under Article 15 and Part 2, Clause 8, Article 115 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine – attempted murder.
“A material evidence was seized from the detainee: an object similar to a gun, which was sent for examination,” Bevzenko said.
The State Register of Court Decisions states that the incident occurred on February 20.
It is known that the police received a report from a district police officer who said that while working together with the employees of the TCC and the JV on Andriy Nadezhdin Street, a man fired a gun-like object in the direction of the TCC employees.
Police officers seized a gun-like object and four items that looked like a shell casing from the man. The detainee was chosen as a measure of restraint in the form of detention for two months.
