Users report a massive malfunction in the Rezerv mobile app, which is related to a technical problem.
This was reported by "Komersant Ukrainian" with reference to RBC-Ukraine.
When attempting to access the mobile application, a message appears on the screen stating that Rezerv has encountered a technical problem. Conscripts are advised to access the system later.
It is possible that the malfunction is related to a technical update of the mobile application.
Important updates in “Reserve”
Earlier it was reported that “Reserve” had introduced a new deferral for parents with many children, regardless of marital status. The Ministry of Defense has already begun beta testing this feature.
In addition, the Reserve app recently added a new option to register for military service online—the procedure takes just a few clicks.
Earlier, the government adopted Resolution No. 1632, which approved the mechanism for implementing a pilot project for the automatic military registration of conscripts, military personnel, and reservists.
It is also worth remembering that since December last year, the military registration document in the “Reserve” app has been the main one for conscripts, reservists, and those liable for military service. However, for those who need a paper version, it is still possible to print it out yourself or at the TCC.
