1200 cash replenishment terminals: monobank goes offline

monobank has installed the first 1,200 cash replenishment terminals in Ukrainian cities. This was announced by the bank’s co-founder Oleg Gorokhovskyi, informs "Komersant Ukrainian".
“Have you already seen mono terminals? We have started to put them in the cities of Ukraine and develop our own replenishment network. Now they are very few only 1200, but we have just started.”
– wrote the businessman on Facebook.
He added that there is no commission for recharging mono cards in these terminals, as well as in the terminals of the bank’s partners.
Most users are happy with the novelty and assess such a step of the bank positively. However, some criticize the terminals themselves for inconvenience and poor functionality.
“Everyone writes that they are so convenient, beautiful, etc. But in fact they are rebranded iBoxes, then Citi24, and now they are mono. The card scanner is inconvenient, there that edge always falls card, and without fingernails card is inconvenient to pick up. The bill acceptor is low, if more than 10 bills azh in the side hurts, constantly standing bent over to the right. But the software is more convenient mono, I agree.”

Others say that the terminal takes a very long time to recognize bills.
And one of the most common wishes of customers is the possibility of not only depositing but also withdrawing cash, which mono terminals do not offer yet.
