on October 23, power outages will last almost the entire day

Today, on October 23, power outage schedules will be in effect in most regions of Ukraine from 07.00 to 23.00. This was reported by the press service of Ukrenergo, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports

“On October 23, in most regions of Ukraine, from 07:00 to 23:00, consumption restriction measures will have to be applied,” the power company said.

Schedules of hourly outages of up to three simultaneous outages will be introduced for household consumers.

You can find out the time and duration of blackouts at your address on the official websites of the distribution system operator (oblenergo) in your region.

At the same time, power limitation schedules will be in effect for the industry.

Ukrenergo noted that if the situation changes, it will be reported additionally.

According to DTEK, on October 23, power will be cut off in Kyiv as follows:

• 1.stage 1 – no electricity from 09:00 to 18:00 and from 21:00 to 23:00;
• 1.phase 2 – from 09:00 to 18:00 and from 21:00 to 23:00;
• 2.stage 2 – without electricity from 10:00 to 18:00 and from 20:00 to 23:00;
• 2.stage 3 – without electricity from 10:00 to 18:00 and from 20:00 to 23:00;
• 3.stage 1 – without electricity from 13:00 to 21:00;
• 3.stage 2 – without electricity from 13:00 to 21:00;
• 4.stage 1 – without electricity from 17:00 to 21:00;
• 4.stage 2 – without electricity from 17:00 to 21:00;
• 5.stage 1 – without electricity from 07:00 to 14:00;
• 5.stage 2 – without electricity from 07:00 to 14:00;
• 6.stage 1 – without electricity from 07:00 to 11:00 and from 17:00 to 22:00;
• 6.stage 2 – without electricity from 07:00 to 11:00 and from 17:00 to 22:00.

It is worth noting that severe blackouts in Ukraine are in effect due to a series of Russian strikes on Ukrainian energy infrastructure.

As a reminder, due to the Russian shelling on October 22, Ukraine introduced blackout schedules. These are emergency and emergency blackouts.
