October 7 – opening of the first innovative “Sorting Capsule” in Chabany

on October 7, at 12:00, the innovative “Sorting Capsule ” – a modern digitalized waste sorting station available 24/7 – will be opened in the parking lot of the Epicenter shopping and entertainment center in Chabany, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports

“Sorting Capsules” is the first network of innovative sorting stations in Ukraine, which is being developed by the organization “Ukraine Without Waste” in partnership with businesses. This format makes sorting convenient and accessible for citizens, and is in line with European approaches to waste management.

The opening ceremony will be attended by:

  • (confirmation of participation is pending) representatives of the Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine, the Ministry of Digital Transformation, the State Enterprise “Office for Entrepreneurship and Export Development”
  • representatives of the Epicenter company
  • representatives of Impact Force
  • ukraine Without Waste team .

Journalists will have the opportunity to see the work of the new “Capsule”, get comments from representatives of the state, business and the public sector, as well as learn about further plans for the development of the network.

Date and time: october 7, 12:00.
