Legislation and real changes
Currently, the legislation allows only certain categories of Russian citizens who legally reside in Ukraine or have a share of up to 10% in the authorized capital to change owners.
It is noteworthy that Opendatabot does not remove the mark of Russian owners even after formal changes, as in some cases the replacement is “on paper” and the real owners continue to receive income in Ukraine.
