The government is putting up for public auction the assets of IDS Ukraine, a producer of well-known brands of mineral water Morshynska and Mirgorodska.

This is reported by "Komersant Ukrainian" with reference to the Telegram of the Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Sviridenko.

“Today, the Asset Recovery and Management Agency has launched a call for bids. It will last until 18:00 on December 12, 2025. The auction itself will take place on the Prozorro platform in December 2025,” Svyrydenko said.

According to her, the state will transfer the corporate rights of companies that provide a full production cycle: from water extraction to its distribution.

Under the terms of the tender, the profits from IDS Ukraine’s activities will be transferred to the State Budget of Ukraine, except for the manager’s remuneration. The expected budget revenues are at least UAH 24 million per month.

The group’s assets have been seized since 2022 as they belong to Russian oligarch Mikhail Fridman. He is under sanctions from the US, EU, UK and Ukraine.

Bids can be submitted on Prozorro.

As a reminder, at the end of 2022, the Bureau of Economic Security arrested 100% of the corporate rights of IDS Ukraine, a holding company that produces Morshynska and Myrhorodska mineral waters.

Later, the Shevchenkivskyi District Court of Kyiv transferred 100% of the company’s corporate rights, more than 50% of which are owned by non-sanctioned shareholders from the UK, Georgia and Ukraine, to the National Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA).

Following a tender, Carpathian Mineral Waters became the manager of the seized corporate rights.

The BES alleged that the company, which produces and sells mineral water through Cypriot companies, is owned by Russian oligarch Mikhail Fridman.

In March of this year, IDS Ukraine released a statement that due to a number of restrictions, it has not paid any dividends to shareholders since 2022 and until now.
