Apple unveiled iPhone 17: main changes, prices and launch dates

Apple has held its annual Awe Dropping presentation, where the main announcement was a new line of iPhone 17 smartphones, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports
The lineup of models
The company presented four new products:
- iPhone 17 – the basic version;
- iPhone 17 Air – an ultra-thin smartphone with an emphasis on design;
- iPhone 17 Pro and iPhone 17 Pro Max – models for those who need maximum performance.

Key updates
Design: even thinner body, smaller bezels, new colors (purple, green and classic shades).
Processors: A19 Bionic in standard models, A19 Pro in Pro models, both made using the 3nm process technology.
Performance: all smartphones have 12 GB of RAM.
OS: new iOS 26 with Liquid Glass interface and improved Siri with Apple Intelligence (AI) capabilities.
Display: all models are equipped with 120 Hz LTPO OLED ProMotion, brightness up to 2000 nits, Always-On support.
Cameras: maincamera – 48 MP in all models, front camera – 24 MP with metalens technology for Face ID, support for 8K@60fps shooting, new AI mode for vlogging.
Autonomy: the claimed record is 39 hours of video on the iPhone 17 Pro on a single charge.
Protection and materials: IP68 standard, Pro models use titanium.
Integration: the new iPhones synchronize with AirPods Pro 3, in particular for health tracking (e.g., heart rate).
New colors and prices
the iPhone 17 is available in three new colors: black, white, lavender, misty blue, and saffron green.

Pre-orders will start on September 12, and official sales will begin on September 19.
