ARMA puts Pavlo Fuks’ seized property up for tender

The National Agency for Asset Recovery and Management (ARMA) has announced a tender on Prozorro.Sale for the management of seized assets of Ukrainian businessman Pavlo Fuks, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports.
According to independent experts, the value of the property is about UAH 214 million.
The lot includes an elite residential building and six land plots in Kozyn village, Obukhiv district, Kyiv region, located on the banks of the Dnipro river.
The house is equipped with expensive furniture and appliances, and has its own cinema, gym and massage room.
The land plots can be used for agriculture or gardening, as well as for construction.
The deadline for submitting bids is August 27, 2025.
The property was transferred to the management of ARMA by the decision of the Shevchenkivskyi District Court of Kyiv.
What is known about Pavlo Fuks?
Pavlo Fuks is a Ukrainian businessman and developer born on October 27, 1971 in Kharkiv.
