ARMA puts Medvedchuk’s real estate worth UAH 123 million on Prozorro

The Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA) has put the seized property of Viktor Medvedchuk, a collaborator and accused of high treason, on the Prozorro platform. The total market value of the assets exceeds UAH 123 million, and all profits from their management will go to the state budget. This is reported by "Komersant Ukrainian" with reference to the ARMA.
The list of lots includes
- a luxurious house of 731.6 m² with a panoramic view of Obolonskaya embankment;
- three apartments in Kyiv, located in Obolon and Desnianskyi districts.
The competition to find a manager will last until August 29, 2025.
This is not the first time that ARMA has put Medvedchuk’s property on Prozorro. Earlier, three apartments, a residential and non-residential building, and a land plot were transferred for sale and management.
In particular, the non-residential property of Sport-Tour Investment Company LLC in Kyiv was seized and transferred to ARMA by a decision of the Pechersk District Court.
Medvedchuk’s arrest
On April 12, 2022, Medvedchuk himself was arrested as a result of a special operation by the SBU. He is a defendant in several criminal cases of high treason and economic crimes.
on September 21, Viktor Medvedchuk was exchanged for Ukrainian soldiers held by Russia. As a result, 215 Ukrainian defenders were returned from captivity.
