The Russian army, which continues its war against Ukraine, dropped two guided aerial bombs on a road bridge in Kherson leading to the Korabel district on Saturday evening, August 2, according to the head of the Kherson regional administration Oleksandr Prokudin.
As a result, the bridge was damaged. In addition, the shelling damaged three private houses and one multi-storey building, Prokudin said. “There is no information on casualties so far,” he added.
Later, Prokudin called on residents of the Korabel neighborhood to evacuate to other parts of the city, as it was difficult to get food there as a result of the Russian air strike.
Telegram channels published photos of the damaged bridge, which show a large hole in the road surface.
