Jean Beleniuk’s car damaged during shelling: MP urges not to ignore alarms

During one of the recent Russian missile strikes, the car of Ukrainian MP and Olympic champion in Greco-Roman wrestling Zhan Beleniuk was damaged.

He reported this on Facebook, posting a photo from the scene, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports.

“I go out to the parking lot in the morning – there’s a hole in the car, a bullet in the asphalt… The realities of today. Obviously, a piece of debris got in, but the autopsy will show. Take care of yourself and do not neglect the air raid alarms,” Beleniuk wrote.

In the comments under the post, he was advised not to touch the found object.

Users warned that such debris could detonate on contact, temperature change, or chemical reaction, as it could be specially made to damage the body of drones.

Beleniuk did not report any injuries, but emphasized the need to follow safety rules during alarms.
