Father forgot a cradle with a baby on the roof of the car and started driving

In Lviv, a 47-year-old man put a cradle with his one-and-a-half-month-old son on the roof of his car and forgot about the child. While driving, the cradle fell to the side of the road.
This was reported by "Komersant Ukrainian" with reference to the police of the Lviv region.
Passers-by immediately called an ambulance and informed the police. The infant suffered bruises and other injuries and was hospitalized.
Investigators of the territorial police unit, under the procedural control of the Halychyna District Prosecutor’s Office, notified him of suspicion of committing a crime under Part 1 of Article 135 (Leaving in danger) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The sanction of the article provides for a sentence of restriction of liberty or imprisonment for up to two years.
The pre-trial investigation is ongoing.
