Consumers in six regions are without power: where exactly

3 April 14:09

Due to hostilities and shelling of energy infrastructure facilities on April 3, some consumers in the Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, Sumy, Kharkiv, and Chernihiv regions are temporarily without power.

This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Energy of Ukraine, according to "Komersant Ukrainian".

It is noted that energy workers are working around the clock to restore power to all customers as quickly as possible, and restoration work is ongoing 24/7.

Power Outage Schedules

The ministry reminded that on April 3, in all regions of Ukraine, power restriction schedules for industry and business will be in effect from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. From 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., hourly power outage schedules will apply to all categories of consumers.

Any changes to the power supply can be found on the official websites of regional power companies.

The agency urged consumers to use electricity sparingly during peak consumption hours in the morning and evening. This helps reduce the load on the system.

As a reminder, power outages are being reintroduced in Ukraine, and this time they are not caused by Russian attacks or weather conditions, but by a decision of the National Commission for State Regulation in Energy and Utilities, stated former Ukrenergo head Volodymyr Kudrytskyi.
