Without relevant officials: Zelensky appoints delegation to recovery conference in Berlin

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy has appointed the delegation that will take part in the Conference on Ukraine’s Recovery in Berlin on 11-12 June. The relevant decree was published on the website of the head of state, according to [Kommersant]

According to the President’s order, the delegation includes:

  • SVYRIDENKO Yulia Anatoliyivna – First Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine, Minister of Economy of Ukraine, head of the delegation;
  • Herman Valeriyovych HALUSHCHENKO, Minister of Energy of Ukraine;
  • Oksana Zholnovych, Minister of Social Policy of Ukraine;
  • KAMYSHIN Oleksandr Mykolayovych – Minister for Strategic Industries of Ukraine;
  • Viktor Lyashko – Minister of Health of Ukraine;
  • Sergiy Marchenko, Minister of Finance of Ukraine;
  • Olha Stefanishyna, Vice Prime Minister for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration of Ukraine;
  • Shkurakov Vasyl Oleksandrovych – First Deputy Minister of Development of Communities, Territories and Infrastructure of Ukraine;
  • Rostyslav Shurma, Deputy Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine.

It is noteworthy that on the eve of the conference, Ukraine was left without any relevant “recovery” officials. On 9 May, the Parliament dismissed Oleksandr Kubrakov, Deputy Prime Minister for Reconstruction of Ukraine, Minister of Community Development, Territories and Infrastructure of Ukraine, from his post.

And yesterday, Mustafa Nayem wrote a letter of resignation from the post of head of the Agency for the Restoration and Development of Infrastructure of Ukraine.
