Drones sent another refinery in russia “for reconstruction”

In the Kaluga region of Russia, drones attacked the First Plant refinery, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports, citing Russian Telegram channels.
According to eyewitnesses, the distinctive sounds of a UAV flying overhead were heard, after which a fire broke out at the plant.
Russian media reported that three tanks with diesel fuel and another with fuel oil were on fire.
The refinery’s website says that “the plant is currently undergoing reconstruction”.
This is the second attack on the refinery by unidentified drones. The first one took place on the night of 15 March this year.
