Unidentified drones have been spotted in Sweden near the country’s largest naval base.
This was reported by SVT TV channel, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports.
It is alleged that two drones flew over the eastern archipelago of Karlskrona.
“No items have been seized and there are no suspects in the case. However, the police see an obvious connection with recent events in Denmark and Norway, where drones have also been seen,” the local police said.
On the night of September 23, the airports of Oslo and Copenhagen were closed due to drones in the sky. In Norway, several UAVs were spotted and air traffic was completely closed for safety reasons. And in Denmark, two to four large drones were spotted over the airport, and 11 flights were diverted to other airfields.
In addition, on the night of September 25, Aalborg Airport in northern Denmark was closed due to “drones in the airspace.”
