Businesses are connecting to Diia en masse: how multisharing works and why it’s convenient

1 July 23:02

The first paid service in Diia, multisharing, has collected 340 thousand requests and more than 60 integrations with businesses in a month. This was announced by Oleksiy Vovk, head of the team implementing the mobile application for administrative services at the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports.

He emphasized that in the first month of the service’s operation, businesses have performed more than 340 thousand successful document sharing. Such activity indicates a significant demand for digital solutions that simplify communication with customers. The launch was gradual: integration took place as partners were ready. However, the demand exceeded expectations: companies from various sectors (banking, telecommunications, transportation) actively joined the new ecosystem.

More than 60 companies and government support

So far, more than 60 companies have already integrated multisharing into their business processes. Among them are representatives of the banking sector, retail, car-sharing services, and insurance companies. The team of the Ministry of Digital Transformation provides technical support, provides consultations and helps to adapt the tool to specific business needs.

The integration is not just a formal connection to the API, but a full-fledged joint effort of the state and business to improve services. This approach builds trust in government initiatives and ensures high quality implementation.

Digitalization as a catalyst for efficiency

Multisharing is not just a technological innovation, but a strategic tool that helps businesses become more competitive. Instead of costly and inefficient document collection, Diia offers an automated procedure. This reduces costs, speeds up decision-making, and allows companies to focus on development.

For the state, multisharing is also beneficial: digital tools reduce the burden on the state system, reduce the risk of fraud, and increase the transparency of procedures. In times of war and economic instability, this allows to maintain flexibility and modernize services without unnecessary costs.

What is multisharing and how it works

on June 1, 2025, a new digital service was launched in Ukraine – multisharing of documents in the Diia app. This is the first paid tool for business that opens a new stage in the development of public-private partnerships in the field of digital technologies. A month after the launch, we can already draw the first conclusions about the effectiveness and popularity of the service.

Multisharing is a mechanism that allows you to transfer several digital documents with a single request. For example, previously, to identify a client, a company had to request a passport, RNOKPP (identification code), income statement, etc. separately. Now, these documents can be combined into a single digital package and transferred with a single click.

This significantly reduces bureaucratic costs, speeds up the service process, and reduces the workload of company employees.

Next steps

The government continues to improve multisharing by collecting feedback from businesses and users. New features are planned, including the automatic generation of document sets for typical requests, the expansion of the range of available documents, and integration with international services.

All innovations will be introduced gradually and transparently in a constant dialog with the market. The key priorities are security, convenience and efficiency. The Ministry of Digital Transformation emphasizes that digitalization is not an end in itself, but a tool that has a real impact on improving the quality of life and doing business in Ukraine.
