It is noted that due to constant shelling in the frontline areas, property of enterprises that pay local taxes is often damaged.

“Now, in 2024, local authorities will be able to exempt businesses from land tax, real estate tax and single tax. And the Government will compensate local budgets for the shortfall in funds from the state budget,”

It is clarified that this refers to the territories where military operations are (were) conducted, according to the List approved by the order of the Ministry of Reintegration.

“Such a decision is necessary, in particular, for the business of the Kharkiv region, which suffers significant damage due to indiscriminate shelling by the Russian Federation,”

– the Ministry of Reintegration added.
