“Boholiubov sent a package to the deputy head of the SAP every month,” said former SAP prosecutor Bronevitsky.

Former prosecutor of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office Stanislav Bronetsky stated that during one of the investigations, NABU detective Ruslan Magamedrasulov established that the deputy head of the SAP was receiving illegal benefits, which was reported to Oleksandr Klymenko. However, the case was subsequently hushed up. Bronetsky wrote about this on his Telegram channel.

Bronetsky notes that the National Anti-Corruption Bureau received information that businessman Gennady Bogolyubov, through his contacts, was sending a package with illegal benefits to one of the NABU deputies every month. The investigation was entrusted to Bureau detective Magamedrasulov. In the course of the investigation, it was discovered that the “packages” were being delivered to the deputy head of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office (SAPO), not NABU.

“Magamedrasulov immediately reported to his friend Klymenko. According to the same sources, this deputy was Sinyuk. Realizing the delicacy of the situation, Klymenko asked to “sweep it under the rug,” and the investigation ended with nothing,” the post says.

Bronetsky is convinced that the investigation was launched in order to expose Uglava, who did not suit some of the Bureau’s leaders.

“That is why everything was done very secretly, and that is why Magamedrasulov, a friend of Klymenko and Polina and one of the most trusted and close associates of the SAP leadership in the Bureau, was involved in the investigation. And what a disappointment it turned out to be in the end, when they got what they wanted and almost documented themselves,” Bronetsky writes.

He also emphasizes that at that time, Magamedrasulov was so close to the head of the SAP, Klymenko, that he not only communicated closely with him, but could also choose a specific “convenient” prosecutor who would not ask unnecessary questions, and Klymenko gave him one.

“I emphasize that not all of them are like that. There are honest, dedicated, and professional prosecutors and detectives. It’s the leadership that’s rotten,” sums up the former SAPO prosecutor.

As is known, NABU detective Magamedrasulov and his father are suspected by the SBU of organizing the sale of technical hemp grown in the Zhytomyr region to the Russian republic of Dagestan. In addition, the SBU believes that Ruslan Magamedrasulov was in close contact with OPZZh MP Khristenko, who is linked to the Russian special services.

Magamedrasulov himself denies the accusations.

We will remind you that recently, the editorial staff of Ukrayinska Pravda, as part of its own investigation , “Deputy Head of the SAP Sinyuk may have helped Mindich avoid arrest,” published an article about the deputy head of the SAP, Andriy Sinyuk. The publication stated that Sinyuk allegedly met several times with people who may be associated with Timur Mindich, co-owner of Kvartal 95 and close associate of President Volodymyr Zelensky.

Also, according to UP, Sinyuk had access to materials from certain criminal proceedings.

In the wake of this scandal, Sinyuk was dismissed from his position as deputy head of the SAPO and the prosecutor’s office. At the same time, according to data from the Control and Disciplinary Committee of the Prosecutor General’s Office, Sinyuk avoided an official investigation.
