House, apartment in Kyiv and income from farming: what NABU Director Kryvonos declared

Director of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine Semen Kryvonos has filed his income declaration for 2014, according to the NACB portal, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports.
According to the document, Kryvonos owns several land plots in Poltava region (47102 square meters, 3315 square meters, 2265 square meters, 7941 square meters, 35464 square meters, 42046 square meters) in the village of Mayborodivka.
In the village of Vyrlytsia and the village of Stari Bezradychi in Kyiv region, his wife Polshynska Halyna owns two more land plots – 17500 square meters and 1180 square meters respectively.
In the Dnipropetrovs’k region, the wife of the NABU director owns 50% of a 263.5 square meter house and a 1,837 square meter plot of land under it.
In Brovary, the Kryvonos spouses use a 495.3 square meter house and a land plot (829 square meters) registered in the name of Anna Maria Semenivna Kryvonos. The value of this property is over UAH 5.2 million.
In 2018, Kryvonos’ wife became the owner of a land plot in the village of Rohoziv, Kyiv region, worth UAH 20,588.
And in 2020, Kryvonos became the owner of a land plot in the village of Varakuty, Poltava region, with an area of 30,700 square meters.
Already during the war, in 2022, Kryvonos also began to own a land plot in the village of Omelnyk (Poltava region) with an area of 30599 square meters.
In September 2024, a new country house with an area of 151.3 sq. m. was registered in the name of Kryvonos’ relative, Anna Maria Kryvonos, in the Vyshhorod district of Kyiv region. sq. m. and worth almost UAH 1 million (UAH 927748). At the same time, it is used by Kryvonos’ family.
In 2023, Kryvonos, his wife and children also began using a 131-square-meter apartment in Kyiv, which was registered to a person named Anna Bushynska. The same person also owns a parking space that the wife of the NABU director rents from her. The cost of its lease is not specified, as well as the conditions of the right to use the apartment in Kyiv.
According to the declaration, the Kryvonos family has one car. In 2021, a BMW X3 worth UAH 953,810 was registered for Kryvonos’ wife.
In the NABU, Kryvonos earned almost UAH 4 million in salary over the year – UAH 3,800,374. He received another 150,000 in income from the Kolos farm in Vermeer.
Kryvonos’ wife, as an entrepreneur, earned UAH 3,481,364 and also received a gift in kind worth almost UAH 1 million (UAH 927,748).
Kryvonos keeps $14,000 in cash, and his wife keeps $11,000. Together, they have UAH 1,500,000 in cash.
