Due to unpaid traffic fines: a Lithuanian volunteer who donated over 30 million to the Armed Forces of Ukraine was banned from entering Ukraine

On February 21, Lithuanian volunteer Raimondas Lumbius, who donated more than 30 million hryvnia to the Ukrainian Armed Forces, was denied entry into Ukraine for three years at the border due to an unpaid fine.
This was reported by Ukrainian blogger and former Ukrainian Armed Forces serviceman Anatoliy Shtefan on his Facebook page, according to "Komersant Ukrainian".
“Today, Raimond personally accompanied a MAN tractor truck to Ukraine for one of the Defense Forces units. A man who donated more than 70 vehicles to the Defense Forces was simply turned away without explanation and given a stamp of prohibition. All documents were drawn up in accordance with current legislation as humanitarian cargo for the army. Is this how we thank the Lithuanians for their many years of support and assistance to our army? I appeal to the State Border Service of Ukraine and hope for your integrity and that you will sort out this unfortunate situation,” Stefan wrote.
He later clarified that the reason why the State Migration Service of Ukraine requested the State Border Guard Service to ban Raimonds Lumbiš from entering the country for three years was an unpaid fine of 680 hryvnias for a traffic violation.
