Denmark to allocate another $600 million to Ukraine in 2026: details

The Danish government will allocate an additional $600 million to Ukraine in 2026.

This was reported by the Ministry of Defense of the Kingdom, writes the newspaper Kristeligt Dagblad, reports "Komersant Ukrainian".

It is noted that Denmark’s total support for Ukraine in 2026 will amount to $2.2 billion.

The Ukraine Fund (Ukrainefonden) was established in March 2023 by decision of the Danish government and parliament. It is designed to ensure continuous support from Copenhagen.

In February, the German publication Bild reported that in 2025, Europe managed to fully compensate for the reduction in US aid to Ukraine. A study by the Kiel Institute for the World Economy showed that US support for Ukraine had decreased by 99%. At the same time, in 2025, Europeans allocated about €29 billion in military aid to Kyiv, while in 2022-2024, this amount was €17-18 billion.
