Detailed analysis of declarations for 2024 shows who are the richest MPs of the 9th convocation

Analysts of the R&D center YouControl conducted a large-scale analysis of the declarations of MPs of Ukraine for 2023-2024. They determined not only the level of income of the MPs of the 9th convocation, but also the dynamics of changes compared to the previous period, as well as ties with corporate groups, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports.
387 MPs declared twice as much income in 2024 as in 2023.
The average salary of MPs increased by 13%.
Total monetary assets: uAH 14.8 billion (3 billion more than in 2023).
As of 17.04.2025, there are 401 MPs in the Verkhovna Rada, including:
- 11 did not file declarations for 2023-2024
- 2 did not file for 2024.
Results by factions and groups:
- European Solidarity faction
Total income – UAH 4.7 billion (66% of the total income of the Rada).
98% of the faction’s income is from Petro Poroshenko (income from dividends, foreign interest).
Top 3 sources of income in the faction:
Petro Poroshenko – the main share from PJSC ZNKIF “Prime Assets Capital” and Sequent Schweiz AG.
Oleksiy Honcharenko – UAH 9.6 million (decrease due to the decline in his wife’s income).
Mykola Kniazhytskyi – UAH 8.9 million (down by UAH 1 million).
The biggest drop: Victoria Syumar (8 times).
The largest increase:
- Mykhailo Bondar – 76.4%
- Iryna Friz – 71.9% (gift of UAH 3.4 million)
- Petro Poroshenko – 68.8%
MPs’ group “Party for the Future”
Total income – UAH 785.1 million (11% by 2023).
Top 3 MPs:
- Stepan Ivakhiv – UAH 584.8 million (dividends, debt securities, corporate rights).
- Ivan Tchaikovsky – UAH 51 million (his wife received more than UAH 48 million in dividends).
- Ihor Palytsia – UAH 44.6 million (dividends from LUK POINT LLC).
The lowest income: Ihor Huz – UAH 732 thousand.
The biggest decrease: Viktor Myalyk – from UAH 201.5 million to UAH 20.7 million.
“Servant of the People” faction
Total income – almost UAH 687 million (-7.7% by 2023).
There are no declarations from 5 MPs. Odarchenko did not submit his declaration for 2024 and was sentenced to 8 years in prison for bribery in cryptocurrency.
Top 3 incomes in the faction:
- Andriy Gerus – UAH 70.3 million (a decrease of UAH 10 million).
- Oleksandr Sova – UAH 34.1 million (down by UAH 24 million).
- Oleh Tarasov – UAH 22.8 million (a gift from his father – UAH 21 million).
The lowest income: Oleksandr Kunytskyi – UAH 501.8 thousand (MP’s salary).
The biggest increase:
Serhiy Demchenko – 84.6% (entrepreneurial income of his wife).
- Mykhailo Radutskyi – 83.4% (sale of real estate).
- David Arakhamia – 80.8% (real estate sales).
The biggest drop:
- Yelyzaveta Yasko – 10 times (lack of income of her daughter).
- Oleksandr Bakumov – 10 times (lost source of income from government bonds).
- Oleksandr Zavitnevych – by more than 10 times (no income from his wife).
Non-factional MPs
Total income – UAH 254.5 million.
They did not submit declarations: Oleksandr Dubinskyi, Liudmyla Buymister (for 2023-2024), Viktor Bondar (for 2024).
