Up to 150,000 hryvnias: Which professions will have the highest salaries in Ukraine in 2026?

The OLX job platform analyzed the labor market in Ukraine and identified the professions with the highest median salaries as of February 2026, according to "Komersant Ukrainian".

The study focuses primarily on blue-collar professions, where in many cases salaries have risen by 30–40% over the past year.

The highest-paying jobs are traditionally associated with the following sectors:

  • auto service;
  • construction;
  • logistics;
  • manufacturing.

Highest salaries: over 60,000 hryvnias

According to the study, the highest median salary in February 2026 was offered to dentists—about 150,000 hryvnias, which is 20% more than a year earlier.

The list of high-paying professions also included:

Most of these job openings are in construction, auto service, and logistics.

Salaries ranging from 40,000 to 50,000 UAH

This range is also dominated by blue-collar jobs, especially in construction.

Among them:

  • construction worker — 50,000 UAH (11%);
  • painter — 50,000 UAH;
  • site foreman — 50,000 UAH (14%);
  • tiler — 47,000 UAH (39%);
  • installer — 45,000 UAH (16%).

In the auto service sector, the median salary for a mechanic is about 45,000 UAH (14%).

In logistics:

  • drivers are offered about 42,500 UAH (16%).

Blue-collar jobs with salaries of 35–40 thousand

Another large group of high-paying job openings consists of manufacturing and technical specialties.

What the study shows

OLX data reveals several trends in the Ukrainian labor market:

  • blue-collar jobs remain the highest-paying;
  • demand is particularly high in construction, logistics, and auto service;
  • over the past year, salaries for many positions have increased by 30–40%.

Analysts attribute this to a shortage of skilled workers and high demand for specialists in technical fields.
