Up to 1728% of the starting price: the state sold 5 oil and gas fields

Auctions for the sale of five special permits for the development of oil and gas fields were held on the Prozorro.Sale platform on 22-28 September. This was reported by the Association of Gas Producers of Ukraine, according to "Komersant Ukrainian"
The auctioned fields are located in Lviv, Poltava and Ivano-Frankivsk regions. The auction was attended by 20 bidders, all of them Ukrainian companies.
The Zakhidno-Mazharivska area in Poltava region was sold for more than UAH 1 billion. The starting price was UAH 313.9 million, which is a 3.2-fold increase (220%). The auction was won by Ukrgasvydobuvannya.
Pivnichno-Vivnianska field in Lviv region was sold for UAH 25 million. The price increased 17 times (by 1602%) from the starting price. The winner of the auction was Strynaftogaz.

Pivdenne-Hirske field, also in Lviv region, was sold for UAH 16.5 million. The final amount was 3.5 times higher (255%) than the initial bid. The winner was Horizons LLC, a member of the Zakhidnadraservice group of companies.
Krynytsia field in Lviv region was sold for UAH 108.6 million. The price increased 18.3 times (by 1728%) from the initial price of UAH 5.9 million. The winner of the auction was Euro-Promstach LLC.
Pivnichno-Hlybivska Square in Ivano-Frankivsk region was sold for UAH 24 million against the starting price of UAH 6 million. The winner of the auction was UKR ZAHID GAZ LLC.
In total, investors paid almost UAH 1.18 billion for the right to develop 5 fields, according to the Association.
