Revenue for Ukraine’s top 10 pharmaceutical companies rose by 23%

The combined revenue of the ten leading healthcare companies included in the OpenDataBot Index 2026 amounted to 17.91 billion UAH, a 23% increase compared to the previous year. At the same time, all of the leading companies reported profitability for the first time, and nine out of ten managed to increase their revenue.

The top three have remained unchanged for the third consecutive year. First place goes to the Dobrobut-Poliklinika medical center with revenue of 4.23 billion UAH, accounting for 24% of the total for the top ten. Over the year, the company increased its revenue by 27% and generated the highest profit—533.4 million UAH.
Second place is held by the “Dila” laboratory network, which increased its revenue by 30%—to 3.58 billion UAH—while its profit rose to 155.3 million UAH. The company notes that in 2025 alone, over 593 million UAH in taxes were paid to the budget, and significant funds were allocated to support military and civilian personnel.
Third place is held by “Sinevo Ukraine” with revenue of 3.27 billion UAH (39%). The company managed to turn a loss into a profit of 216.9 million UAH. Together with “Sinevo East,” the network generated 4.18 billion UAH in revenue, or 23% of the total ranking figure.
For the second year in a row, “Smartlab” holds fourth place with revenue of 1.49 billion UAH (28%). CSD LAB takes fifth place, having increased its revenue to 1.16 billion UAH (35%), though its profit declined significantly.
The strongest growth was demonstrated by a newcomer to the ranking—Biofarma Plasma—which immediately took seventh place. The company’s revenue grew by 45% to 891.6 million UAH, and its profit by 41%.
Meanwhile, “Dom Meditsiny” (formerly Odrex) dropped to eighth place due to a 24% decline in revenue. Neomed 2007 (the “Mother and Child” chain) took ninth place, having significantly improved its financial results, while Medix-Ray International Group (Lisod) rounded out the top ten with revenue of UAH 724.6 million.
This year, Eskulab dropped out of the ranking due to a failure to submit financial reports on time.
Overall, the Index results indicate the recovery and growth of the private healthcare sector, despite the challenges of wartime, with a focus on investments in technology, network expansion, and corporate social responsibility.
