The dollar goes up, the euro goes down: exchange rates as of October 7
7 October 05:03
The National Bank of Ukraine has updated its official exchange rates. As of Monday, October 7, the hryvnia weakened against the dollar but strengthened against the euro. This is evidenced by the data on the regulator’s website, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports
US dollar
The official dollar exchange rate rose to UAH 41.3409 per unit of the US currency. This is 11 kopecks more than the day before.
Euro
On the contrary, the euro fell to 48.2696 UAH per euro, which is 11 kopecks less than the previous day.
On the interbank market, the dollar fell within the range of UAH 41.27-41.30 at the bid and ask rate, losing 9 kopecks.
In exchange offices, the situation remains stable:
- the dollar selling rate is UAH 41.52,
- the euro selling rate is UAH 48.78 (minus 9 kopecks).
Thus, despite a slight correction on the interbank market, the official exchange rate of the National Bank shows a gradual strengthening of the dollar and a downward fluctuation of the euro.
