The dollar and euro have fallen in value: the NBU has updated the exchange rate for February 6

On Friday, February 6, the official euro exchange rate against the hryvnia will drop by 14 kopecks to 50.89 UAH/euro, and the dollar will fall by 2–3 kopecks to 43.14 UAH/dollar. This is according to data from the National Bank of Ukraine, as reported by "Komersant Ukrainian".

The regulator has set the following values:
- 1 US dollar — 43.14 UAH (43.16 UAH as of February 5);
- 1 euro — 50.89 UAH (51.03 UAH as of February 5).
Thus, the hryvnia continued to strengthen moderately against both the US and European currencies.
Situation on the interbank market
On the interbank currency market, as of 4:00 p.m. on February 5, the quotes were as follows:
- US dollar — 43.15/43.18 UAH;
- euro — 51.93/51.95 UAH.
These levels reflect the preservation of balanced supply and demand without sharp fluctuations.
Exchange rates in banks (as of February 5)
The banking segment also saw a decline in quotes:
- The average dollar exchange rate fell by 10 kopecks to 43.40 UAH (purchase — 42.90 UAH);
- The average euro exchange rate decreased by 2 kopecks to 51.48 UAH (purchase — 50.70 UAH).
At PrivatBank, the dollar fell by 13 kopecks to 43.32 UAH (purchase — 42.72 UAH), and the euro fell by 10 kopecks to 51.30 UAH (purchase — 50.30 UAH).
