Rains and thunderstorms: weather forecast for 10 September

Today, 10 September, weather forecasters in Ukraine predict partly cloudy weather. The air temperature will rise to 24-28°C during the day. This was reported by "Komersant Ukrainian" with reference to the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Centre.
Short-term rains with thunderstorms will be held in the eastern, southeastern, Volyn, Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk and Zakarpattia regions, while the rest of the country will be without precipitation.
The wind will be mostly southeast, 5-10 m/s. The temperature at night will be 10-15°, on the coast up to 17°; during the day 24-29°, in the Carpathian and Transcarpathian regions 17-22°.
In Kyiv on Tuesday – dry, southeast wind, 5-10 m/s, temperature at night 12-14°, during the day 25-27°.
According to the Borys Sreznevsky Central Geophysical Observatory, on 10 September, the highest daytime temperature in Kyiv was 31.2° in 1909, the lowest nighttime temperature was 4.1° in 1968.
