Experts believe that Navalny could have been driven to death

Today, the Russian prison system announced the death of opposition politician Alexei Navalny. The report claimed that he became ill after a walk, collapsed and died quickly. Resuscitation measures did not help.

Before being poisoned by Novichok and imprisoned, Navalny was a healthy man of quite athletic build, and the Russian regime is known for its extermination of undesirables. So many people will have a lot of questions for the Russian authorities.

Slow execution in the Russian penitentiary system is a common practice, especially when it comes to media personalities. This creates the appearance that a particular person died of their own free will, they were not killed, according to the experts.

“Various methods of influence are constantly being used against political opponents in the colonies of the Russian Federation, primarily control, psychological influence, physical influence, and moral influence. These are restrictions in various formats – restriction of liberty, of course, air, consumption, treatment, satisfaction of various physical needs. In this way, conditions are created for a person to get sick and die. This is a passive scenario, but it is systematically applied, so there is no one to blame. This is what they call a regime…”

– said former head of the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine, Army General Mykola Muzhenko.

He is convinced that Navalny had to be “removed” before the Russian presidential election, which is due in March.

“I think there was a position that he should be gone before the elections. Then there is no reason for any active actions. No man, no problem, as Stalin used to say,”

– muzhenko believes.

In addition, the general adds, it is not a problem for the Russian special services to “hasten” the death of anyone in a penal colony.

“The possible introduction of treatment with drugs that cause harm is a very real option that is used. There are drugs that affect the blood and heart directly. And the official conclusion will seem to be objective – well, it happened, it can happen to anyone. But the real reason may be the activities of special services and special laboratories,”

– says the former head of the Foreign Intelligence Service.

Former deputy head of the SBU, Lieutenant General Viktor Kononenko, believes that it will be almost impossible to prove Navalny’s murder.

“Will we find out the real cause of death? No. The modern Russian FSB is a descendant of the Cheka and NKVD, which specialised in the destruction of undesirables. And they have become so professional in this that it is unlikely that they will make a mistake like the one with Novichok or the case of Litvinenko’s poisoning,”

kononenko is sure.
