Former Roshen exec Moskalevsky becomes head of a breeding farm in Vinnytsia region

The supervisory board of the private joint-stock company Plemzavod Litinsky has appointed Vyacheslav Moskalevsky as chairman of the board instead of Konstantin Piven. This was announced by the company, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports.
Moskalevsky was elected to this position for a 1-year term.
Piven has been the chairman of the board of the breeding plant since May 16, 2024.
The ultimate beneficiary of the Litinsky Stud Farm is Moskalevsky.
The Litinsky breeding farm is engaged in breeding young cattle and pigs, as well as growing agricultural products.
Moskalevsky was prematurely deprived of his powers as a member of the supervisory boards of three confectionery factories (Kyiv, Kremenchuk, Vinnytsia) and the Vinnytsia Dairy Plant.
The same reason was given for each of them – early replacement of a member of the supervisory board who was recalled by a shareholder.
What is known about the Litinsky Stud Farm?
“Litynsky Stud Farm was founded in 1964. It is located in the village of Hromadske in the Vinnytsia region. In 2011, the breeding farm put into operation a dairy complex for 1300 cows, which provides Roshen Corporation with raw milk.
The group of companies grows and sells cereals, pulses and oilseeds. It owns a modern elevator with a capacity of 40 thousand tons of simultaneous storage. The elevator accepts grain for storage from local farmers and cooperates with well-known global traders to store and process their grain (Cargil, ADM, Viterra, Agroprosperis, Kernel).
Currently, the organization trades grain both in Ukraine and abroad. In terms of crop production, the company is systematically transitioning to precision farming in crop production by using the latest technologies in plant cultivation.
The Company also breeds dairy cattle. As of the beginning of the year, the number of cattle on the farm was 3,558 heads. The company uses specialized agricultural machinery and technological equipment to keep cattle.
