In Ukraine, there are already many digital services for veterans of the ATO/JFO and the Russian-Ukrainian war that greatly simplify their lives. Acting Minister of Veterans’ Affairs Oleksandr Porkhun told how to use them and what services soldiers can receive online, reports "Komersant Ukrainian".
According to him, the life of every veteran cannot depend on bureaucratic procedures and the presence or absence of a piece of paper.
“After returning from military service to civilian life, it should be decent, with accessible and understandable services, developed inclusive infrastructure, and not measured by standing in queues at all instances,” Porkhun wrote.
He also spoke about the online services available to veterans.
