FLO closes its stores in the Ukrainian market

                                                                    Turkish footwear company FLO has reduced its network in Ukraine to one store in Odesa, despite the fact that it planned to open 50 outlets across the country by 2025.
This was reported by NV Business, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports.
According to Yulia Shchasliva, CEO of the Respublika Park shopping and entertainment center, the FLO store closed in the mall at the end of April 2025.
Budhouse Group COO Maksym Havryushyn noted that the agreements with the Turkish company in Forum Lviv and Nikolsky shopping centers in Kharkiv have also been suspended.
The Kharkiv FLO store was the largest in Ukraine, with an area of 1200 square meters. Another FLO store was closed in Kyiv in 2023.
According to the Ukrainian Council of Shopping Centers (UCC), as of October 2025, there is only one store in Ukraine, in the Fontan Sky shopping center in Odesa.
FLO’s website is not available in Ukraine.
Flo Retail Ukraine’s revenue in January-June 2025 decreased by 39.3% to UAH 53.3 million.
