State Property Fund receives sanctioned assets of propagandist Kiselyov

The State Property Fund of Ukraine has received the corporate rights of Russian propagandist Dmitry Kiselyov in Club Skovoroda LLC and Promo.Yay LLC. This was announced by the head of the SPFU, Vitaliy Koval, Komersant ukrainskyi
reports.
“Both companies were organising the Jazz Koktebel festival. on 4 March, the High Anti-Corruption Court of Ukraine confiscated the assets of the “journalist” in favour of the state,”
– Koval added.
The sanctioned property also includes Atlantis – PAK Ukraine, a subsidiary of PJSC Pentopak, which was recently transferred to the management of the Fund. The ultimate beneficial owner is a citizen of the Russian Federation.
In addition, the newly sanctioned assets include a market in Kherson region owned by local separatist Georgy Kalonov.
Koval noted that the SPFU has so far accumulated 735 such assets . 12 of them have already been sold for a total of more than UAH 32 million.
Two auctions are scheduled for 17 April in the ProZorro system: The Fund will put up for sale Odesa apartments that belonged to Russian oligarch Mikhail Shelkov and gauleiter Vladimir Saldo.
He also reminded that all the proceeds from the sale of such assets will go to the Fund for the Liquidation of the Consequences of Armed Aggression.
