The Prosecutor General’s Office has launched an online monitoring initiative for gambling: Getmantsev revealed the details

The Prosecutor General’s Office has opened a criminal case regarding the sabotage of the implementation of the State Online Monitoring System by officials of the Ministry of Digital Transformation and the State Agency of Ukraine “Play City” in the interests of gambling operators.
This was announced by Danylo Getmantsev , chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Finance, Tax and Customs Policy, on social media, according to "Komersant Ukrainian".
“The Prosecutor General’s Office has opened a criminal case regarding the disruption of the implementation of the State Online Monitoring System in the interests of gambling operators by Mykhailo Fedorov and others,” the post reads.
According to Getmantsev, the state suffered losses of 20 billion hryvnias per year.

The pre-trial investigation has been entrusted to detectives from the Main Detective Division of the Security Service of Ukraine, the post noted.
As a reminder, the head of the Verkhovna Rada’s Finance Committee, Danylo Getmantsev, plans to submit a bill to extend the 50% tax rate on bank profits through 2027.
