Epicenter K has managed to restore the operation of all of its shopping centers after a hacker attack on the night of April 28. The company announced this on its Facebook page, according to
Epicenter noted that the targeted attack led to serious consequences for the company’s infrastructure.
“During the day, most of the retail chain’s outlets operated intermittently, but now all of the company’s large shopping centers have resumed stable operation. Unfortunately, there are still some difficulties with the functioning of a number of small-format retail facilities,” the statement said.
It is noted that problems with accounting registers remain unresolved.
“All registers and journals are missing from the structure of the accounting databases. As a result, it is not possible to prepare any forms of accounting and tax reporting.
The team of Epicenter K specialists continues to do everything possible to eliminate the consequences of the hacker attack and restore all the company’s services as soon as possible,” Epicenter said.
