Sergey Naumov, Chairman of the Board of Oschadbank, has completed more than five years in office. He will be replaced by Yuriy Katsion.
This was reported by [Komersant], citing a post by Naumov.
“My more than five years as chairman of the board of Oschadbank have come to an end. It was a time of great challenges, and it flew by incredibly quickly,” Naumov wrote.
According to the banker, together with clients, partners, and employees, they managed to overcome the challenges of the pandemic. The bank continued its successful work despite full-scale war, blackouts, and constant uncertainty.
“And I can proudly say that Oschadbank has survived and become stronger,” Naumov emphasized.
Naumov noted that he is leaving his position with a sense of accomplishment.
“I sincerely wish Yuriy Katsion and the entire team success in the further development of Oschadbank,” the former chairman of the board concluded.
Recall that back in August, the supervisory board of Oschadbank officially announced the start of a competitive selection process for the position of chairman of the board. The decision was made in connection with the approaching end of the current head’s contract.
In November, Yuriy Katsion, deputy chairman of the board for corporate business, was elected to the position of chairman of the board of the bank.
