Power outage schedules for 10 July: how many hours will we be without electricity

On Wednesday, 10 July, consumption restrictions will be in place throughout the day. This was reported by "Komersant Ukrainian" reports with reference to the official Telegram channel of Ukrenergo.

From 1:00 to 6:00 and from 10:00 to 13:00, the regional power distribution companies will apply two rounds of blackouts. During the rest of the day, three stages will be used.

The power supply to critical infrastructure facilities will not be limited.

The main reason for the hourly outage schedules is the impact of eight missile and drone strikes on Ukrainian power plants by the Russians since the beginning of this year. The losses of the Ukrainian power system exceed 9 GW of capacity. This capacity is equivalent to the peak summer consumption of the Netherlands or Finland.
