Polish farmers continue to strike on the border with Ukraine in all six directions. A few days ago, the protesters blocked the passage of trucks from both Poland and Ukraine.

At the same time, information began to circulate on social media that the complete blockade had even extended to aid for the Armed Forces. An emotional video was posted on social media showing broken vehicles for the Ukrainian Armed Forces, which were allegedly smashed by Polish protesters.

The Embassy of Ukraine in Poland denied this information:

“It has been established that these vehicles were damaged before arriving on the territory of the Republic of Poland in the country from which they were delivered. The vehicles are currently on the territory of Ukraine. Polish farmers have nothing to do with the situation that was covered by the media.”

The video was later removed, probably by the author himself. According to the spokesperson for the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine (SBGS), Andriy Demchenko, humanitarian and other important cargoes continue to arrive from Poland to Ukraine despite the blockade.

“We record at our checkpoints that humanitarian cargo and other important cargo for Ukraine still arrives from Poland, but it is difficult for me to say whether the movement of this category of cargo is generally hampered by the blockade,” Demchenko said in a commentary,

Earlier, Polish Agriculture Minister Czesław Siekierski said that military and humanitarian supplies to Ukraine should not be blocked.

The longest queue of trucks remains at the Krakowiec-Korczowa checkpoint. According to the E-queue, as of 11:00 a.m., there are 4,216 trucks in the queue. It is not known how many of them are trucks carrying humanitarian supplies.
