The GRU interfered in the Russian elections

Specialists of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine caused failures in the online voting system in Russia. This was reported by hromadske, citing its source in the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine, Kommersant Ukrainian reports 
Online voting in Russia takes place through the Gosuslugi website. Failures in this system were reported in a number of regions of Russia. Residents of Moscow, Tyumen, Novosibirsk and some other regions could not access the website.
“The information is true. The cyber specialists of the Defence Intelligence are working,”
– the source said in response to a question about whether the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine had anything to do with it.
The day before, the head of the Russian operator Rostelecom, Mikhail Oseevsky, said that the Ukrainian GRU was threatening the elections.
“The peculiarity of the current elections is a very difficult situation. I’ll call a spade a spade – we are at war with the Main Intelligence Directorate of Ukraine, which has been trying to destroy the entire infrastructure created for the elections for a long time,”
– the Russian official said.
putin’s “elections” are taking place in Russia on 15-17 March. the “voting” was also organised on the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine.
