ISIS threatens terrorist attacks: will Champions League matches be cancelled?

The Islamic State terrorist operation is threatening to carry out terrorist attacks at stadiums during the UEFA Champions League quarter-finals. This was reported by the Spanish edition of Marca, Komersant ukrainskyi https://www.komersant.info/ reports.

On their resources, the terrorists posted a picture of a militant, the names of the stadiums where the matches are to be played, and the inscription “Kill Them All”.

The newspaper claims that the Spanish police are on high alert, but in general, they are preparing for the events according to the standard scheme. So far, there have been no reports of any possible restrictive measures, postponements or cancellations of matches from either the hosts or UEFA, which organises the tournament.

The UEFA Champions League quarter-finals will take place on 9-10 April at four European stadiums: “Emirates Stadium (London), Parc des Princes (Paris), Santiago Bernabeu and Metropolitano Stadium (Madrid). on 9 April, London Arsenal will play Bayern Munich, and Real Madrid will host Manchester City. on 10 April, Atletico Madrid will play Borussia Dortmund at home, and Paris Saint-Germain will host Barcelona. The matches start at 22:00 Kyiv time.
