Industrial parks in Ukraine simplify the process of launching production for investors by providing ready-made land, industrial infrastructure and buildings, as well as tax and customs incentives. Dmytro Kysylevsky, Member of the Ukrainian Parliament, said this in an interview with the "Komersant Ukrainian" YouTube channel.
“Of course, an industrial park does not solve all business problems, but it greatly simplifies some of them,” the MP explains.
“The first is the land. It is industrial land, already with a cadastral number, of the right size. There is no need to take care of all land issues yourself.
The second is a ready-made industrial infrastructure. The issue of connecting to the grid comes down to submitting an application to the management company. There is no need to pull the power line yourself, negotiate with the regional power company or obtain technical specifications, which can be a long and complicated process in our country.
The third is industrial buildings. Not all investors want to build themselves. An industrial park can offer ready-made space: you come, install equipment and start working. Or the premises can be built to the investor’s order.
The fourth is a better business case due to small tax and customs incentives that make investments more attractive.
