It is expected that there may soon be a reshuffle in the team of the Ministry of Defence. Yesterday, on his Facebook page, journalist and blogger Yuriy Butusov confirmed the resignation of Infrastructure Minister Oleksandr Kubrakov and named his successor, citing his own sources.

Instead, Yuriy Butusov, citing his own sources, wrote on social media that the current Minister of Defence Rustem Umerov would take the place of the dismissed Kubrakov.

In turn, the sources "Komersant Ukrainian" sources also confirm the information about possible personnel rotations in the Ministry of Defence and, in particular, the change of the head of the ministry.

There are two candidates being considered for the post of Defence Minister. One is the return of former Defence Minister Andriy Taran to the post. The candidacy of Deputy Defence Minister Andriy Havryliuk is also being considered.

However, the interlocutor "Komersant Ukrainian" source clarifies that at this stage, both candidates cannot get enough votes.
