24 November 16:15

Starting from May 2026, Ukrainians may stop receiving money under the National Cashback program. In the absence of budget funds, payments will stop earlier – from January 1 next year.

This is stated in the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 1510, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports.

According to the text of the document, the transfer of the accrued cashback for December 2025 will be carried out in February 2026, subject to the availability of budget funds.

If there are not enough budget funds, the cashback accrual to recipients will be suspended starting from January 1, 2026, and the cashback accrued for December 2025 will not be transferred to the recipient.

It is also noted that cashback accrual to recipients of the following year will be terminated from May 1.

“National cashback”

The National Cashback program was launched in October 2024, when users began to receive 10% cashback for purchases of Ukrainian goods on a special card. The funds could be spent on a certain list of goods and services, including utility bills, mobile communications, medicines, charity, etc.
