Personnel reshuffle at Ukrainian Motorways: details of appointments

JSC DAK “Automobile Roads of Ukraine” announced personnel changes in the company’s management. According to the order of the head of the State Agency for the Restoration and Development of Infrastructure of Ukraine dated February 5, 2026, new members of the company’s board were elected, reports "Komersant Ukrainian".
They are employees of the company’s administrative staff — Fedir Danilik and Ihor Garbaruk.
Who joined the board of the State Agency for the Restoration and Development of Infrastructure of Ukraine
Fedir Fedorovych Danilik has over 15 years of experience in managing state structures. His professional expertise covers the following areas:
- anti-corruption compliance,
- internal investigations,
- prevention of offences,
- risk management in the public sector.
The company notes that his experience is important for strengthening internal control processes and transparency of operations.
Igor Garbaruk has 20 years of management experience in the real sector of the economy and in the field of public policy formation. He is an economist and expert in strategic management, as well as a member of the Economic Discussion Club.
His professional background is related to economic development, vocational education, and strategic planning.
