Head of detectives BAB Tkachuk declared an apartment in Austria in his declaration

The head of detectives at the Bureau of Economic Security, Oleksandr Tkachuk, showed an apartment in Austria in his income declaration for 2023. This is stated on the NACP portal, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports
It is indicated that the apartment is owned by a foreign citizen, but the right to temporary use it belongs to the law enforcement officer’s two daughters, Maria and Yulia Tkachuk.
The senior Tkachuk declares the right to use Austrian real estate in December 2023, without specifying the city of the apartment and its size.
In addition, during the war, the BES official also became the user of a new large apartment in Kyiv, with an area of more than 117 sq m. The property is registered to Lyudmyla Narcizivna Tkachuk, who is probably a relative of the detective.
The only declared car of Oleksandr Tkachuk is a 2018 BMW 535 XI, although he got into a tragic accident on the Stolychne Highway this summer in a completely different car – a TOYOTA CAMRY, while driving it himself, the court ruling in the case says .
On 14.07.2024, at around 11.23 a.m., Tkachuk collided with another car on Stolichnoye Highway, injuring a woman. She sustained serious bodily injuries.
“…she sustained injuries in the form of traumatic amputation of both lower limbs and was hospitalised,” the court ruling reads.
The Territorial Department of the State Bureau of Investigation in Kyiv opened criminal proceedings over the incident. At the same time, Tkachuk has not yet been notified of suspicion.
