US President Donald Trump has announced the death of Iran’s supreme leader Ali Khamenei.
According to "Komersant Ukrainian", Donald Trump wrote about this on Truth Social.
In his statement, Trump noted that Khamenei “could not escape the US intelligence and high-tech tracking systems,” and that the operation was allegedly carried out in close cooperation with Israel. According to him, other leaders were also eliminated along with the Iranian leader.
Donald Trump called this event “the greatest opportunity” for Iranians to regain control of their own state. In addition, the US president also revealed an important detail: chaos reigns within Iran’s security forces — the IRGC (Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps), the army, and the police — and they do not want to continue the fight and are seeking security guarantees.
He also stated that “massive and targeted bombing” will continue for as long as necessary to achieve peace in the Middle East and the world.
As a reminder, the situation in the Middle East escalated into a large-scale military conflict on February 28, 2026.
Israel launched a preemptive strike against Iran to neutralize security threats. A state of emergency was declared throughout Israel.
President Donald Trump said that the United States had launched a military campaign in Iran to eliminate threats from the Ayatollah regime.
In response, Iran launched missiles toward Israeli territory. Tehran also struck US military facilities in Bahrain, Qatar, the UAE, Kuwait, and Saudi Arabia. As a result, the latter are now ready to join the US and Israel in attacking Iran.
